Model Home Grand Opening Celebration July 10th

This Saturday July 10th marks the official grand opening of the highly anticipated
model homes at Rio Walk™. Even without the benefit of models for viewing, Rio Walk™ has been selling steadily. The Model Grand Opening Celebration Event will allow homebuyers to see exactly what their finished new homes will look like.

The celebration event includes model tours, a delicious and free food court featuring the well known Kogi Korean BBQ Food truck, and for dessert, Big Swirl Self serve frozen yogurt. Visitors to the event will also have the chance to enter to win an iPad. The event will be held Saturday July 10th from 10am-6pm with the free food court service being featured for lunch from 12 Noon to 3PM.
